• Orders under $25.00 are subject to a $5.00 handling charge.
• Terms of payment : 2% discount 10th of month following invoice date, net 11th.
• Payments are to made from invoices - no statements will be sent.

Freight:

• All orders are F.O.B. Bronx, New York.
• There is a $5.00 charge added to shipping for all drop shipments.

Claims:

• Any claims on shipments must be made within 5 days from receipt of shipment.

Returns:

• A return goods authorization must be issued for all returns.
• Customer is responsible for freight on returns, unless prior arrangements are made.
• All returns must be in original condition (ie: all parts included, packaging) and in resaleable condition.
• Returns for L.A.S. stocked material other than shipping error or defective merchandise will be subject to a 20% re-stocking charge.
• Returns of merchandise after 60 days from billing date will be subject to an additional 10% charge.
• Merchandise cannot be returned after 90 days from billing date.
• Returns for special order items are subject to return policy of L.A.S. vendors and subject to additional re-stocking charges.

Pricing:

• Prices are those in effect at time of shipment and are subject to change without notice.

Special Orders:

• Special orders, when sample is required, where the order is canceled - set up and labor charges will be due and payable.
• Special orders for merchandise on order from manufacturers other than L.A.S., cannot be cancelled.
